R.O TRAINING A project that left the the biggest impression on me was about reality and orientation training for alzheimer patients. The goal was to facilitate the RO training for the medical personel that takes care of alzheimer patients. That meant coming up with an interface that was not intrusive towards the alzheimer patients since they're easily distracted. For this we created a generic tool for ro training. This was more or less a media database containing old songs and images that appeal to these patients. The second part was a media diary containing personal images and sounds like vocal explanations from relatives. Especially meeting these patients made a lasting impression.
